Play in Poker Freerolls
Poker freerolls are poker tournaments that don’t require an entry fee. Even if the players don't put up any money, freerolls can award cash prizes or entry to other tournaments that award cash prizes. There are different ways to get into a freeroll. Some poker sites offer one freeroll entry as a bonus, simply for signing up with the site. On other sites, you may earn player points and use them as entry to a freeroll tournament. You can even win entry into a freeroll tournament by winning a freeroll satellite tournament.

Bugsys Championship Series
Bugsys Championship Series is a unique series of guaranteed tournaments from May 3rd to 11th 2008 with a $3,000 added Championship Play off for anyone who cashes in any Championship event and a $16,000 guaranteed Main Event.
All of the events have either $25, $50, or $100 buy ins, plus entry fees. There will also be Multi Table Satellites and Cash sit & go Satellites to the Championship events.
The minimum starting chips for the Championship playoff is 3,000. For every dollar you cash in the Championship Series III events, an extra starting chip will be added. Example: cash for $850 total and you start the playoff with 3,850 chips.

2008 World series of Poker
The 2008 WSOP Schedule has been announced and poker players all over the world are getting excited.
World Series of Poker players and fans will be happy about some of the new rules put in place this year.
Like rule #36 which states "Excessive celebration through extended theatrics, inappropriate behavior, or physical actions, gestures, or conduct may be subject to penalty.
Also last year’s controversial TDA rule, "Show one, show both" If a player exposes one hole card, he or she must also show the other hole card if asked to do so by any player, has been removed. Players will now be allowed to show only one card, but only after the hand is over.
